This site lies within the Norwich City Centre Conservation Area.
Any development of the site therefore has the potential to impact upon the Conservation Area.
There is currently no mention of the Conservation Area in the policy and supporting text.
Suggested Change:
We suggest the inclusion of wording referencing the Conservation Area and the need to preserve and enhance the significance of the Conservation Area.
