Whilst there are no designated heritage assets within the site boundary, this site lies close to the edge of the City Centre Conservation Area. Any development of the site therefore has the potential to impact upon this heritage asset and its setting.
We therefore welcome bullet point 2 of the policy that references the Conservation Area and locally listed terraces.
