Whilst there are no designated heritage assets within the site boundary the site lies adjacent to the Norwich City (Earlham Road) Cemetery which is a grade II Registered Park and Garden as well as the Jewish Mortuary Chapel listed at Grade II.
Any development of the site therefore has the potential to impact upon these heritage assets and their settings.
We welcome the reference to Earlham Cemetery in bullet point 2. It would be helpful if the policy also reference the fact that the cemetery was a grade II Registered Park and Garden and also referred to the nearby Jewish Mortuary Chapel.
