I am writing this email to you regarding the development on the land east of the memorial hall Brundall.
I live in Brundall and I can say the land was proposed by Quantum for the building of several houses and as I understand recreation.
I would like to point out if this proposal went ahead the pressure it would put on the village of Brundall. The school for example, the doctors surgery, the local shops, the traffic through the village. I think it’s ludicrous to even think of building so many homes and expecting an already stressed environment to cope with the extra demand. Not only that building on this land would devastate a beautiful area. A quiet peaceful area. I appeal to you to reject the appeal made by quantum. So that the residents of Brundall can enjoy the beautiful land east of the memorial hall.

This entire areas designated by GNLP2069 and GNLP0436 (BRU3) should be left free of housing development. There are many reasons, but my primary objection would be access and the resultant huge impact on further vehicular traffic into and through the village of Brundall.
I am not averse to the careful and sensitive provision of recreational/park development on a portion of this land but the 'open space' aspect should prevail.

I want to support the council in its plan to keep the land to the East of the Memorial Hall in Brundall for recreation.
We have had more than enough housing in Brundall already. We are short of recreation land.
The land to the East of the Memorial hall should not be built on but allocated for recreation.
