Re. GNLP2080, please note that "a current narrow track with an unmade surface" is no longer correct. This "track" is now a drive that will serve 12 new dwellings currently under construction. Incidentally, regarding this site, there has been considerable and contentious discussions regarding surface water flooding for this general area which has not been mentioned in the GNLP document.

Taking the attached into consideration site GNLP 2080 is considered to be suitable for residential
development, given that it has been found to be acceptable at appeal and through a subsequent
planning application for additional units. All of the reasons that have been given for it not to be
considered as a ‘preferred’ site have been dealt with through the applications and the
improvements work are already secured and will be in situ ahead of the GNLP process being
completed.

This representation is made on behalf of the landowners of the above site to the current Regulation
18 consultation.
