This land is situated on Church Street, which, as a small country lane is not designed for access onto a residential housing site. The A140 would be the obvious choice for access, however, the traffic carried on this road has increased dramatically, morover the junction with it at Church Street is unsafe as it stands now. Both the B1149 and the A140 are already heavily congested at peak times resulting in unacceptable tail backs. B1149 traffic tails back through Horsford which is frustrating at best for village residents. Not to mention idle engine pollution.
