Strongly object as this site has high flood risk (including water marker posts in the field already). In addition, access from Manor Road/village would cause significant traffic concerns, near a primary school. There is already insufficient infrastructure in village for e.g. school places, GP surgery overload. With introduction of new facilities at NDR/A140 junction, traffic through village likely to increase as people avoid busy intersection - addition of more housing will exacerbate traffic concerns.
