Please find attached a plan updating my previous submissions under the above references. The extra land can be made available as necessary to accommodate surface water drainage or attenuation, and provide green space.

Strongly object as this site has high flood risk (including water marker posts in the field already). In addition, access from Manor Road/village would cause significant traffic concerns, near a primary school. There is already insufficient infrastructure in village for e.g. school places, GP surgery overload. With introduction of new facilities at NDR/A140 junction, traffic through village likely to increase as people avoid busy intersection - addition of more housing will exacerbate traffic concerns.
