I have no objection to this plan. However, the access roads to Lingwood are poor especially the road to Blofield and the roads to the A47. These roads need to be widened and improved in the interests of safety given that this development will increase the number of vehicles using the access roads considerably.

1. Roads need improving in ALL local villages. Have you used them? They're diabolical.
2. A47 access? Wasn't Church Road to be closed in the dualling plans? This means MORE traffic on Blofield Road which is already dangerous enough (1 Person killed this year along road).
3. Flooding - An issue in the locality.
4. Services - we need a doctor's surgery not more houses.
5. Spoiling the village - houses already built will be impacted by new housing.
6. Villages are not villages now thanks to new building, newcomers rarely mix with locals.

The busy road would be a danger to the children playing on the park next door. It would also cause a huge amount of destruction to local wildlife.
