Draft Local Plan-Part 2 Site Allocations

Representation ID: 19858

Received: 07/02/2020

Respondent: Mr darryl Johnston

Representation Summary:

The local school and pre-school is already oversubscribed, any families living in the proposed properties will likely have to travel to other villages to school their children. The increased traffic, noise and pollution does not seem to be factored in.

The impact on already stretched resources such as the local doctors surgery can only worsen the service that is provided.

The proposed vehicular access on Burlingham Road could be problematic due to the high speed of that road, causing a danger for road users.

This would be detrimental to wildlife that thrive in the area along the field boundary.
