the approvals are a joke and clearly conducted during a quiet time of day to allow for an unrealistic appraisal of the site.
Access is blocked by school traffic. Also, cars being parked on-road as residents have no other option.
The village already floods multiple times a year due to ineffective drainage and water connections for the people already living here.
We have native bats, a heron breeding programme, newts, otters and more in our village. No way can anything be added to impair their habitats.

This traveller and gypsy site would make access for dog walkers to the water meadow difficult.
Use of calor gas on the site would be dangerous.
The road gets contested due to a school close by and parents using this area to turn their cars around.
It is on the boundaries of a conservation site.
We have lots of wildlife that use the area as habitat.
Within a built up residential area, which are mainly occupied by elderly people.
Noise would be an issue.
Flooding and poor sewage works.
Regular burst water mains.

Appropriate sites close by such as Ketteringham Depot.
No privacy due to built up residential area.
Regular use of water meadow by dog walkers and nature photographers.
Situated next to a meadow that floods very badly.
Poor sewers.
Protected species found to be living close by.
Busy road due to school and parents collecting. Also tight squeeze for bin collections and deliveries.
Sites historically being left in a state of disrepair.
Use of calor gas close to bonfires and the main gas line to Bowthorpe under proposed site.
Noise problems.
Access is on a private road which needs work.

GNLP5009 Bawburgh. This 'favoured' site is clearly far less favourable than some of the sites deemed 'unreasonable'. Where is the common sense??. To consider a site at the end of a residential cul-de-sac, close to a primary school, on top of a gas main, alongside a conservation area, with zero local amenities and very narrow access is ludicrous. The Bawburgh site is only 'favoured' because the landowner will gift it to the council in return for positive consideration of other development opportunities. There is a perfectly adequate existing site next to the park&ride on Long Lane in Bawburgh.

Danger due to Calor gas use.
Poor access due to narrow road and private access which would need to be changed.
The site also would not support environmental sustainability or the amount of wildlife located in the area.
The amount of people that come and go would not give appropriate privacy for the gypsy and traveller families, especially with the road being used by parked cars and parents picking up the children from the school.
I believe that while there is a site like Kettringham Depot available, there would be no need for Bawburgh to be approved.

GNLP5009 Bawburgh. Traffic flow with constant speeding. access road would be near the school and the road are not wide enough. Parents already have problems with parking. Environmental issues such as flooding in field next to the proposed plan. Situated on top of a gas main. School is at capacity with no financial capability to expand. The cul de sac is the only safe place for our children to ride their bikes, scooter etc taking this away would be detrimental to the village children. no amenities, no bus, paths etc.

Examples from 2022 Lepus Sustainability Appraisal Report for GNLP5014
3.6.17 - Names of local Primary School is incorrect
3.6.11 - Name of medical Practice is incorrect.
3.6.14 – Site is more than 600m to practicing religious ground, not less than as stated.
3.6.17 - Distance of primary school to site is incorrect.

Additionally the Site Assessment Information document for GNLP5014 states Green for Utilities Capacity and Infrastructure – I do not understand how this is green given the remote location and lack of mains sewage and gas.
