This area is already saturated with new developments seriously compromising our countryside. The local health centre is not longer accepting new patients with the ones in surrounding areas struggling to cope. Like wise the hospitals.

This site has already been approved by planning, and I have objected to it from the beginning, Whilst I would like to think this can be overturned being a realist I know that is unlikely. What we now look to be having instead of recreational space voted for in the neighbourhood plan and allocated by Broadland in its land allocation is 155houses , supermarket, gym and a full size artificial (with 3m high fence) football pitch that will be not only a eyesore but under used. It was apparent that objections from residents carried no weight whatsoever.

The land is allocated for recreation and is currently used for agricultural purposes. It should continue to be used as such.
The village has been subject to predatory planning applications by developers in excess of the needs or wishes of the local community.
This site does not demonstrate any potential for improving or developing the local economy.
