Received: 17/03/2018

Respondent: Cllr Dan Roper

Representation Summary:

This site can only realistically be access via B1150. This road has increasing traffic with profiled additional pressure arising from the NDR. I am concerned that a further junction will be required onto this road.

There are infrastructure issues in the village of Spixworth, primarily relating to capacity at the medical practice

Respondent: Mr Hugh Ivins

Representation Summary:

Site GNLP0180 is supported because it will provide a community benefit for the Primary School as it neds additional land to expand to cater for the existing allocations. Some 25/20 dwellings can be accommodated on this site as well as a widening of Mill Road to improve the junction with School Road/Whitwell Road. A significant amount of preapplication work was undertaken and it is readily available to develop. The Allocation at Reepham Station of 20 plus years should be declared 'unsound'. Development at Reepham Station is still possible as it is within the approved Development boundary for the Town.
