Respondent: Ms Jane Wisbey

Representation Summary:

There is not adequate road access to support this development. Though adjacent to existing housing, it is accessed separately down a single lane country road. It is not in keeping with the rural nature of the surrounding area.

Respondent: Great Witchingham Parish Council

Representation Summary:

This is an inappropriate place for development of any kind
The condition of Heath Lane is of narrow width and does currently not support two way traffic and the current dangers would be exacerbated by any future development and an increase in the volume of vehicles.
The access from Heath Lane onto A1067 is obscured due to poor visual splays and limited sight of oncoming vehicles from Sparham Hill..
