We write in relation to the recently circulated addendum to the GNLP.

The proposals discussed within the document are noted and we would like to reiterate the suitability of the above site in relation to objectives discussed throughout the document.

A considerable amount of investigation, surveys and reporting has been undertaken in relation to the site to justify its suitability, consultations with Horsford Parish Council throughout their Neighbourhood Plan period and subsequent to this discussions continue and we note that the site is discussed with positivity within the document.

An outline application has been lodged in relation to the site, reference 20181408 currently under review with Broadland District Council.
