Concerns over access to the new development.. one road is presently single track and unable to have two way traffic, the other (B1140) is a known traffic speeding road and the potential for accidents is huge, there are no pavements to accommodate these extra people to encourage less car reliance either. Concern that the village currently has very poor broadband width and reliability, with only one main provider - extra dwellings would impact on this limited service to the detriment of the existing residents and needs to be considered.
