Needs road access directly to a11.
The doctors surgeries in Wymondham can't cope as it is...there are no appointments available unless it is very very urgent. Wymondham can not sustain large scale house building so this is a concern even for mid size developments like this.

This proposed development is too large. Such housing estates add to traffic congestion and pollution. They are not suitable for a small town.

This is just one of several large developments in the Silfield area. Why is there no access to the A11 ? I hope that these developments, if they come to fruition, will have several green spaces which are not designated for development at a later date. People need green spaces, they need to feel happy in the place in which they live - Silfield, with its historic hunting area, is being totally urbanised.
