In respect of the proposed site off Wymondham Road(GNLP0187),we wish to lodge our objection.
We are mindful that the proposal site is greater than the sum of any previous new build site within Wreningham. If approved, development of this site will result in:
-New housing being isolated from the village
-Proliferation of "generic" house types at odds with scale/context of existing dwellings
-Agglomeration of an "estate" design style
-Continued erosion of tranquility within the area
-Increased traffic load (narrow carriageway, no footpaths & insufficient passing places
-Formation of a new access with poor visibility splay/steep gradient/adjacent to old railway bridge
