1. Better choice than Rectory Road, GNLP0428, less impact on village, under used paddock
2. Although has similar problems as Rectory Road, GNLP0428
3. Increase in traffic through Hethersett/ Wymondham/ Rectory Road, increasing the probability of accidents/collisions when attempting to exit or enter driveways. All three roads have high traffic volumes and known problems with speeding vehicles. Increased by surrounding developments, Mulbarton/Hethersett,Wymondham
4. No Bus service, just FLEXI Service, attempt to book the day before.
5. Limited services, no main Gas or Drainage.
