This site should not be considered for development. It would extend the village envelope of Forncett End in an entirely inappropriate direction and would be on a scale that far exceeds the capacity of the village services. Access from GNLP0089 would have to be on to Common Road and thereby on to the B1113 at the crossroads in Forncett End. This is completely inappropriate due to the single track nature of Common Road and the dangerously poor visibility at the crossroads, flanked by Austhorpe House Nursing Home on one side and The Jolly Farmers pub on the other.
This site should not be considered for development. (See our response to Qu. 24 in which we argue that neither Tacolneston nor Forncett has the necessary services to be classed as Service Villages).

I object for the following reasons:-
1. Poor access from Common Road. This is single track throughout and is used by farm and other vehicles heading to Spooner Row and the A11.
2. Tacolneston/Forncett has poor water pressure. Another large development would only exacerbate the problem.
3. Tacolneston/Forncett doesn't have facilities to support a large development (no shops to buy the most basic essentials).
4. Increased traffic - there would be a cumulative affect on the B1113 towards Norwich from other village developments creating an issue at the A140 junction
