Extra land is available to improve access
The overall site ownership is considerably larger than currently proposed. This adjacent land fronting both Cheneys Lane and Spicer's Lane opposite the other site in Forncett St Mary should be included in any evaluation of the suitability of this site to build upwards of four or five self build homes. It is not desired to develop housing fronting these two lanes but this land allows discreet access to the heart of the site so the individually designed and constructed properties built by those desiring to build their own homes can enjoy the unique gardens of the Four Seasons nursery.
