The land is subject to a Promotion Agreement with ESCO Developments Ltd, who are being advised by Brown & Co alongside Savills, on behalf of the landowners. Comments are submitted in support of the suggested allocation of land off Old Road Farm (ref GNLP0555) for housing.
It is noted that the site is classified as being suitable for housing development in the Council's Housing and economic Land Availability Assessment (HELAA) 2017. However, a number of technical issues are identified as potential constraints on development. Please refer to the attachments
