As a resident of Hethersett and a dog owner I make full use of the permitted rights of way around these fields on footpaths and bridleways. This allows me to comply with the law of being a dog owner in allowing my dog adequate exercise off the lead. If this land were to be developed I would have to get in my car and drive to a location to meet these requirements. This would contradict a rural village life and add to the pollution from a vehicle.
