We have a village playing field which has been in regular use so that the turf is well compacted. It is also used as a focus for village activities and for parking (off street) if there is an event in the village or church. The siting of village field here is too far from village centre/ church.

object for the following reasons-
Lack of village amenities, shop, school, regular bus service
poor surface drainage. There is no mains drainage for foul water from proposed development
poor access on to village street. The site exits onto a busy street.close to a junction.
Impact on visual amenity. The plot is on rising ground and will have disproportionate impact on village views.
Increased traffic through village. serious impact on fragile road surfaces and verges.

Plan is detrimental to character of Conservation Area village - described in previous Local Plan as 'formed by significant gaps' between buildings. Access from/to this site is very poor, road very narrow and at top of hill with a junction and a bend and poor visibility.
Village has very few services - no mains drainage (SSSI's in village), no shop, only 4 buses a day into Norwich.
This plan would not enhance village conservation area, and outside development boundary.

I object to the plan. The village has few amenities. There is no mains drainage, an infrequent bus service and no shop. The plans are not in keeping with the character of the local Conservation area. The access road is narrow and the proposed entrance is on a bend close to another junction. It will greatly impact the rural nature of the area.

Access to and from the proposed site is poor leading to a narrow road with poor visibility. Impact on the drainage from the site will put further strain on the already weak system currently in place. Lack of amenities I.e. school, shops, poor bus service.
