Area is known to be a flood risk. It is adjacent to area of outstanding natural beauty in the Wheatfen nature reserve. There are no roads only single tracks. It is outside the development boundary. Planners have rightly pointed out better places to build if necessary. New houses already remain unsold. Impact too great on existing village as only basic facilties. Crazy idea that would lead to further development. Environmental and flooding rule this out.

The Parish Council see no reason to move the settlement boundary. The only purpose being to create an area for infill development which would contradict the linear design of the settlement overall.
