We strongly object to the size and density of this proposal, as it is out of all proportion. There is no suitable route for access to the village or to the A1052. Also it is adjacent to nationally designated landscape with the Broads Authority area and Surlingham Broad, which is a Site of Special Area of Conservation (SAC).

We strongly object to the size and density of this proposal, as it is out of all proportion. There is no suitable route for access to the village or to the A1052. There is a pending planning application on this site for a church meeting hall.
We feel that the other proposed development of shops etc (GNLPO 371) is totally inappropriate because there are similar facilities already nearby.

We object to this proposal due to Cucumber Lane roundabout already at full capacity and causing traffic flow issues. There is already much concern about road safety. Also there is considerable development in Blofield and Brundall as well as suggested sites in the same area.
