We act on behalf of our client Dowson Geldeson Limited, the land owner of Site GNLP1004.
We support recognition that the site could be suitable for development. Comments regarding access constraints are noted. It is our view that a suitable access can be provided and we continue to rely on our original submission in this respect. Nothwithstanding this, as agreed with officers, we are currently undertaking further work to demonstrate that a suitable site access can be provided and will submit this additional information shortly.
