In addition to the the issues already identified with the site, it is also worth noting that the site sits in flood zone three (as designated by the Enrironment Agency) which means it has 'a high probability of flooding' For these reasons I believe that development on this land would be irresponsible and therefore object to it.

I would like to underline the issues already raised in the outline assessment of this site. It is completely out of keeping with the precedent of linear development in the village.
