Business premises been on The Heath for over 50 years and not enough
electric supply now, The Heath experiences excessive power cuts currently.
Water supply and sewerage is inadequate currently.
Single track road as access cannot cope with extra vehicles.
Winter - the roads are not gritted or cleared.
Lack of street lighting.
No amenities within walking distance.
Local High school already at capacity.
Need a new road from A140 onto The Heath before any planning should even be considered.
