We act on behalf of Rackham’s, who own the following two sites:
• Policy DIS1 – land north of Vince’s Road
• Policy DIS3 – land off Denmark Lane
I can confirm that both sites are considered deliverable and my clients intention is to progress both applications at the earliest available opportunity.

Both sites are allocated in the adopted Development Plan and are proposed to be carried over into the Greater Norwich Local Plan. I understand that, in due course, the Greater Norwich Local Plan Team will be writing to confirm that the sites remain deliverable. Whilst we will look to complete any forms issued by the GNLP in due course, to avoid any confusion, I can confirm that both sites are considered deliverable and my clients intention is to progress both applications at the earliest available opportunity.
