The round about at Witton on A47 is already bad enough at peak times there would need t be significant change to this area. The development area has wildlife such as barn owls and bats that would need significant protection from the development. Services such as shops and GPS would need to be provided and the surrounding schools would need significant expansion. I presume links with Little Plumstead would be along Witton Lane which is no designed for traffic. I am currently ncerned as a resident of Witton Lane that this would cause traffic on the lane.
