The development of this large site will virtually join Horsford and Hellesdon resulting in both communities losing their individual character and identity, with the loss of yet more of the green buffer. These homes being closer to Hellesdon than Horsford will result in an additional burden on the resources of Hellesdon whilst increasing traffic congestion and pollution and reducing the air quality.
