My support for this site is not without reservations. It needs to include a high percentage of self-build and social housing if it is to accommodate the needs and be in tune with the character of the town. It uses up a valuable green field site which provides Reepham with its rural appeal. There are significant transport and landscaping issues which would need to be overcome.
