This is a large site close to the Hellesdon Parish boundary. Object on the following grounds: This removes more of the green "buffer" between Hellesdon and Horsford, noise from the NDR, it is remote from the village of Horsford, development will therefore put pressure on the facilities and amenities and add to the already severe traffic congestion in Hellesdon.
