My main concern for this site is it will put even more traffic on the Reepham Road which is already heavily congested at peak times. This also has an impact on Middleton's lane which is as busy as ever despite the new NDR. The NDR prevents this site from joining on to current development in Horsford and as such will impact on Hellesdon and Drayton services and facilities without any cost benefits to these parishes.
