Plans to build on land opposite Badersfield would be detrimental to the local area. This a is a rural community with limited infrastructure. Development of this size would significantly impact on the roads, the schools and the GP surgeries. Local residents have chosen not to live within an urban sprawl but instead enjoy the outlook of fields.
