As a Badersfield residents for seven years, I have first hand appreciation of the limited infrastructure and services that are available to support families/homes in the local area. No space in schools, doctors and dentists. Few jobs. Many roads are private, or limited access. Public transport is minimal. The setting is rural. The surrounding land is high value working agricultural land. I object to any multi-home developments here as they are not sustainable without significant infrastructure and services improvements, increased resident prospects, and the agricultural impact being fully mitigated. None of this is quick or cheap to solve.
