This is an inappropriate place for development of any kind however use for public open space would be considered as acceptable provided access was from the existing PROW via Hall Walk or the village hall site.
The condition of Heath Lane is of narrow width and does currently not support two way traffic and the current dangers would be exacerbated by an increase in the volume of vehicles or parking of vehicles wishing to use the site.
The access from Heath Lane onto A1067 is obscured due to poor visual splays and limited sight of oncoming vehicles from Sparham Hill..
