Representation Summary:

Blofield has already had more than it's fair share of development. The road network/ access to the A47 and to the North needs to be improved before anymore development is allowed.

I would like to object in general not to just this development but to all further development in Blofield at this time.
Planning permission in Blofield has already been given already for 700 or so houses which is about half as many again, as the number in the existing village. Blofield is also affected by development in the neighbouring villages of Brundall, Blofield Heath and Lingwood, because all the traffic travels through Blofield or Brundall to get access to the A47. North Street in Blofield where the school, library and Doctors Surgery are located is narrow and is used by through traffic to from the North to the A47 and there is no easy way to improve the road layout.
I do not like NIMBYISM but I feel that Blofield has already been hit very hard because of the lack of a five year land supply in Broadland, meaning that all applications have been given permission.
