Site supports a plethora of wildlife and abuts the Anglian Water Nature Reserve.
Site is a flood plain.
Taverham Road is too narrow to support extra traffic that would be generated.
Insufficient Healthcare services locally.
Insufficient schooling locally.
Infrastructure generally is woefully inadequate.
Site rejected as a possibility five years ago. Nothing has changed since then.
Would destroy the unique character of this picturesque part of the Wensum Valley.
There is a suspicion that site is a money spinner for the present owner.
