If this development happens there is a real need for an urgent western link to the NDR. There has already been an increase in traffic past the High school towards the NDR since part of it has opened. Lorries and other vehicles, above the weight limit already use Ringland Hills bridge and the weak bridge on Taverham Lane/Costessey Lane, this traffic will increase.
