DO NOT BUILD ON THIS SITE!!!!! The road will simply not cope and the traffic will be detrimental to the safety of small school children where nothing has been done to calm the traffic in a 20 MPH zone. Cars fly through at 40mph and it is sued a 'rat run'.Just by walking along this part of the road and observing the constant flow of speeding traffic, it is ridiculous to think that a new development can be placed here. Also as mentioned before, what ever happened to the green belt and natural beauty!?
