The submission for this site states that the land has no significant change of levels. In fact it is on a significant slope and any developement will result in drainage water running off into an already saturated flood plain below and houses overlooking those at a lower level. Back Lane is single track with extremely poor visibilty at either end. The developement of 4 houses in Bulwer Road in the '90s are not allowed vechicle access to it but the proposal is for 100 houses or possibly 200 vehicles. Footpath 9 adjoins the site contrary to submission.
