The proposed development of 200 homes on this site cannot be supported by the current infra structure. The local school, bus routes doctors and shops do not have the capacity to support development on this scale. The B1145 which the main access road into and out of the Village already has a large amount of traffic which does not adhere to current speed limits. This is also the road children cross when going to school as there are no footpaths in this part of the village. Additional traffic and children using this road would be hazardous to all users.
