This site should not be built on.
It would impinge on a conservation area and adversely affect one of the few safe, pleasant recreation routes in Taverham (Mack's Lane).
Taverham Road is the main access to the Middle School, and is also a main route to three other schools, and already gets clogged with parked cars between Sandy Lane and Penn Road making travel dangerous.
There are problems with flooding and fields are needed to soak up heavier rainfall.
