Dangerous access to Norwich Road. Infringement of the conversation area. Noise of vehicles and commercial vehicles delivering etc. to the two existing premises. The Grade 2 listed wall runs along my boundary and is an attractive asset. I would also like to query whether the existing sewer connections would cope with any further buildings as this has caused problems in the past with manholes lifting and raw sewage flooding bottom of my garden.
