In order to access village amenities residents of this proposed development would have to cross the A140. This is potentially very dangerous.
In addition, an increase of traffic from Town Corner would increase pressure on what is in effect a crossroads onto the A140. This is already a difficult junction to negotiate given the speed and volume of traffic.
