This site is in the Wensum Valley a conservation area and a site of special scientific interest. TPO orders have been imposed opposite the site 'in the interests of safeguarding a visual amenity', why destroy that amenity?
The only access to the site is from Taverham Road a narrow residential road, with no continual footpath for pedestrians and is congested twice a day with school traffic.
