This site is very inappropriate for use as more development or housing. The area around Beech Ave has become a death trap waiting to happen with so many vehicular movements since the ingnorant non development in TOTAL of the NDR. This means cars have increased to a dangerous level with members of the public trying to find a short cut to the southern bypass. Beech Ave is a times a no go zone with too many cars trying to fight in all directions.
We must have a complete NDR before stupid decisions are made involving more and more traffic. Where as a council do you think all the cars will go. Use you intelligence and not just your greed for more revenue !!!!
This development will add to this dangerous situation.
