The Fakenham and Reepham Road are already the worse roads in and out of Norwich and the new NDR has caused even more congestion with Beech Avenue and Sandy Lane now being used as 'rat runs' to Costessey. The proposal of a further 2000+ vehicles in the area is terrifying!
There are three schools on these 'rat runs' as there are no schools in the Thorpe Marriott development. The increased traffic from the NDR is already a concern for children's safety.
Schools and doctors surgeries in the villages are at their limits now without a further possible 3000+ population increase.
