Contrary to comments, this is not a home for the elderly but a residential home for adults with learning disabilities, some of whom have lived there for many years in a happy safe community. As far as I can tell, none of them or their relatives have been told about this proposal and the residents would mostly not be able to object, my son who lives there certainly can't. This application seems to have been made purely for financial gain with no consideration for the residents. There is a great shortage of such provision in Norwich and surrounding area, .
